Job Description

We are presently seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Accounts Manager to work with our Sales Management Team in a high-energy environment. S/he will provide tactical support, working together with upper management, and interact with clients and vendors. No prior experience required. CTG will train. 

The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communications skills, is organized and has the ability to manage others. S/he is patient and composed under pressure, proficient with Microsoft Office Suites, has a strong phone presence and excellent organizational and proactive administrative skills. Candidate possesses the ability to work well with people in all levels of the organization. Strong data entry and order entry/sales maintenance skills are a must as well as the ability to work and communicate well with other departments.
