• CTG will quote parts in stock, ready to ship, or immediately available. CTG will offer a quote for an immediate delivery or short lead time.
• Parts requested must be within the normal scope of product supplied by CTG.
• CTG may offer a partial quantity quote or an alternative part.
• If CTG cannot supply the product, we will ship out a CTG Gift Pack with our compliments, while supplies last and provide FREE UPS Ground shipping for all orders placed for the next six months.
