CTG has built a core competence around the support of aging products and Legacy Platforms, specializing in the support and sustainment of DMSMS (Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages) type requirements. Our DMSMS analysts follow market trends and material flows, giving us the definitive edge on market conditions. Inventory Management Programs
CTG provides compliant, risk mitigated solutions for excess material. Our CTG Inventory Management Program will strategically maximize the return of excess material. The costs avoided by a CTG Inventory Management Program can be significant. Risk will be mitigated, return will be maximized, and newly available revenue will return back to your program or company. ITAR Certified and members of GIDEP.
Kitting & Assembly
Kitting is the process of supplying a Bill of Materials under one part number issuing exactly counted and labeled materials needed to build an assembly, eliminating the direct costs and risks of sourcing procurement and material handling. CTG will limit the amount of purchase orders a buyer would have to create as well as save time on sourcing a Bill of Materials.
Bonded inventory or VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) can be of great benefit to any company or program in a production environment. Our customers can enjoy the benefits of secured and delayed inventory ownership through a CTG Bonded Inventory Program.
Last Time Buys
Rapid technology changes have increasingly become more problematic over the last 20 years, specifically to the Military sector. The current federal fiscal environment has driven several OEMs to shift their emphasis toward the international marketplace and away from the U.S. Military marketplace. If Last Time Buys become necessary, CTG can provide an unencumbered channel to the manufacturer.
