Donald has over 36 years of experience as a program manager with a passion for delivering successful outcomes for service personnel and national defense. He is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Naval Programs, including budgeting and forecasting, program management, and customer relations. He has a proven track record in developing successful naval programs and leading teams to meet customer needs on the most complex projects.
Before joining Blue Raven Solutions, Donald was vice president of Aerospace at NOBLE Supply and Logistics and was responsible for managing all aspects of aerospace programs.
Following his retirement from the Navy in which he served meritoriously for 22 years as an aviation electronics technician and retired as a senior chief, Donald served over 14 years (GS-15) with the Department of the Navy. While in the Navy, he completed multiple tours of duty, both ashore and at sea. During these tours, he performed organizational, intermediate, and depot maintenance on various aircraft platforms and avionics systems, as well as all associated ancillary systems. He has held multiple key management positions in several Major Defense Acquisition Programs such as P-8A, Presidential Helicopters, Air Combat Electronics, Common Training Systems, Common Support Equipment, and Next Generation Air Dominance.
Donald holds multiple degrees, which include a Master of Arts from Webster University in acquisition management, and a Master of Arts from the University of Phoenix in adult education and training systems. He earned a Bachelor of Science in professional aeronautics with a minor in logistics management from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University.
